July 21, 2004 -- Sheila E. and WMC Corp Announce 2nd Annual "Mortgage Madness" Charity Basketball Tournament, August 14, 2004, at the Forum in Inglewood, CA.

Sheila E., Tom Verica ("American Dreams"), Dave Kilde ("Matrix Reloaded"), Boris Kodjoe ("Soul Food") Chyna (WWF), Brook Kerr ("Passions"), Larry Scott ("The Parkers"), Jack Coleman ("Kingdom Hospital"), Chris Warren Jr. ("Bold And The Beautiful"), Aaron Hall (Guy) And Many Others To Play And/Or Appear.

The Second Annual "Mortgage Madness" Charity Basketball Tournament has been set for Saturday, August 14 at the Great Western Forum in Inglewood, CA, it was announced today by world famous musician Sheila E. and the WMC Corp. The event brings together the Southern California mortgage industry to help raise money for local charities, including Sheila E.'s acclaimed Lil' Angel Bunny Foundation (LABF). LABF was founded by Sheila and her manager, Lynn Mabry, to help abused and abandoned children. "Mortgage Madness" will also benefit Mentors For Youth, a 24-hour child care provider licensed by the California State Department of Social Services to provide long-term residential shelter, care, and treatment for abused and neglected children.

According to Sheila, "We are truly grateful that WMC has chosen Lil' Angel Bunny Foundation as a beneficiary of their incredible charity work. The money that this event raises will literally save lives."

The first "Mortgage Madness" event took place last year at Western High School in Anaheim, CA and raised more than $40,000. This year, participating teams play in preliminary events scheduled for Saturday, August 7 at Westchester High School. The "Final Four" will play the following week at The Forum, against each other and Sheila E.'s all-star team. The August 14th event will also feature DJ's, food, prizes and a silent auction. More celebrities will be announced as they are confirmed.
